     I am Kangkang , from Class Three , Grade Nine Saturday , all the students in our class took part in an environmental activity in West Hill Community. The theme（主題） of the activity is “Joining Together to Build a Civilized City” purpose of the activity is to call on all the people to take part in this activity .

    We set off at 8:00 a. m. and finished at 10:30 . The students were divided into three groups with 16 students each. Group 1 went from door to door recycling the used batteries. The second group cleaned up the posters and advertisements on the walls third group cleaned the rubbish on the ground .

    We felt tired but happy because we did a good job . The people in the community praised us for our hard work and gave us much support .
