After they were introduced to the history and the features of five pastries, baked pork biscuit (雞仔餅), Sachima(沙琪瑪), Bride crisp (嫁女餅), sweetheart pastry(老婆餅), and perserved egg cookies (皮蛋酥), they were divided into two teams They tasted the pastries（油酥糕點） and sampled their various flavors（味道）.
