Erica Wills admits an addiction left her poor and almost ruined her life. But it wasn’t drink or drugs. The 21-year-old former model was addicted to exercise.    36    . Erica only realized she had become a gym addict when she decided to take a night off to celebrate her 21st birthday.

In fact, just one girlfriend came with me for a drink on my 21st birthday. That was the turning point for me. I cut right down on the gym and tried to pick up where I had left off with people.”
