Dear Mr．Li，

    There is always many noise in the school dining hall at mealtimes，when is annoying. To  create a pleasant environment，I suggest to putting on some music at mealtimes．

    After busy classes，we really need some time to get relaxing．As for the types of music，I think either classical music and popular music is OK．However，the music that is too noise  should be avoided in order to disturb the diners．

    Students who are having their meal in the dinning hall are requiring not to speak loudly．I  hope you can accept my suggestion so that we can have the pleasant mealtime·
