【6】 “The workplace is a new ‘campus’ for graduates where they learn to cooperate and deal with different people,” he says. “Keeping a low profile and learning to work with

others makes graduates more accessible to colleagues, who in turn can help them blend into the new environment.”

says Wang Yimin, a career consultant at Sunward Career Management Consulting Group.
